Postal Service
We ship via Singapore Post. Singapore and international orders will be sent by registered mail.
We will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the movement of your registered article here.
Postage Costs
For Singapore customers, delivery is free for purchases above SGD 50!
For international delivery, we charge a rate based on weight and location (which is calculated at checkout):
Malaysia & Brunei: SGD 8-24
Asia & the Pacific (except Australia, Japan & New Zealand): SGD 13-39
Rest of the World (including Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Africa, America, Europe and the Middle East): SGD 14-46
Delivery Timeframes
We will only mail out all webstore orders once a week (we're a small but mighty team!):
Shipping estimate for Singapore addresses after mailing out: 3-4 business days.
Shipping estimate for international addresses after mailing out: 5-21 business days (subject to customs clearances)
